Our Group Fitness Classes for Special Needs

我們為特殊需求人士提供的團體健身課程

Fitness classes that break the barriers between special needs families and a healthy and active life. IncluFit offers free fitness classes. We are an inclusive community with students who all live very different lives, some with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and some who are visually-impaired, hearing-impaired and wheelchair users too. With this, we hope to create an inclusive safe space for our students where they can fully express themselves.

健身課程打破了特殊需求家庭與健康正向生活之間的障礙。 IncluFit 提供免費健身課程。我們是一個包容的社區，學生的生活各不相同，有的患有自閉症、唐氏症、腦癱，有的則有視力障礙、聽力障礙，甚至需要輪椅。我們希望以此為契機，為學生創造一個包容、安全的空間，讓他們能充分錶達自我。

Our classes will be a variety of different activities such as; functional training, boxing, agility drills, coordination exercises and fun games.

我們的課程將包含各種不同的活動，例如：功能性訓練、拳擊、敏捷性訓練、協調性練習和趣味遊戲。

We strongly believe that all individuals have the ability to learn something and that they should be given a fair opportunity to try.

我們堅信，每個人都有學習的能力，並且應該給予他們公平的嘗試機會。
